Rubius taught artificial intelligence to diagnose blood clotting disorders

Rubius taught artificial intelligence to diagnose blood clotting disorders. The program provides a medical report in seconds with an accuracy of 98.4%, which will help doctors diagnose and prescribe treatment quickly and more accurately.

Artificial intelligence will be embedded into Mednord thromboelastograph. The diagnostic instrument analyzes blood coagulation indexes in real time and allows you to conduct research directly in the operating room, resuscitation or at the bedside.

The results of the analysis are returned in the form of a diagram with numerical values and to decipher them doctors need high qualification and it also takes a great deal of time. To facilitate their work, the manufacturer of the thromboelastograph decided to “teach” it to provide medical reports on the basis of the analysis.

On the request of Mednorth-Tehnics, Rubius experts processed about 1.5 thousand medical reports and taught artificial intelligence to assess blood test results.
